• Able to read customer drawings, understand specifications mentioned within the drawings. Good at GD & T • Must have experience on software like Catia-V5/Uni graphics/solid Edge (3D & 2D Drafting) & AutoCad • Strong tool design (Dies) knowledge able to design independent • Cutting & non-cutting tools (Dies) using software like Catia-V5. Uni graphics or solid Edge • Able to do drafting & detailing on Auto-cad software & release drawings to tool-room for manufacturing • Knowledge of dies material (std & bought out items), dies standard items & their MAKE (MISUMI, FIBRO, PUNCH INDIA etc) • Experience of tool tryout would be an advantage • Tool refurbishment experience, ECN implementation by modifying tools • Knowledge of Heat treatment processes, Die block coating (PVD)

System Designing and Application Engineering for MV AIS panels (Domestic + Exports) Main responsibilities: Creation complete engineering drawings including GA, SLD, schematic drawings etc Getting drawing approval from customer including attending customers / consultant meetings for approval. Co-ordinating with order manger, DTO (mechanical design team), logistics, drafting vendor etc. Candidate should possess: Good knowledge about Medium voltage power distribution system and AIS panels Knowledge of IS/IEC standards applicable for MV systems Hands on Experience/knowledge in AutoCADD, ELCAD, Promis, E Base tools Knowledge of Protection Philosophy Expert in control philosophy of substation Good Communication skill Capable to interact independently with client for technical discussions

Instrumentation Design engineer having experience (minimum 3+ years) in Basic and Detailed Design Engineering. Candidate should have knowledge on following: Qualification: M.E./ B.E-Instrumentation Good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Document/Deliverable Management. Experience with SPI-INtools is a must. able to do 3D model review and instruct designers plus coordinate with client to raise & resolve issues. Inter department co-ordination as required. Preparation of material requisition (Requisition for Quotation). Review of vendor offers, Raise TQs and selection of technically qualified vendor for the given application. Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis. Review of vendor deliverables to ensure their technical compliance. Provide necessary inputs to other disciplines. Preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Offer Evaluation & vendor document review Working with Client/ PMC for resolving the Technical queries, obtaining the necessary technical approvals, etc Adherence to Quality Assurance system, applicable procedures, Design basis, Applicable design guides / Standards / Specifications as applicable Co-ordination with customers and vendors. The role: To adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures to execute the project and guide the internal team during project execution, with the objective of delivering the assigned work as per the defined quality and timelines within the limits of GECIAs processes, structure and guidelines. Project Execution: "Study the project brief and collect data from similar projects executed by GECIA; Follow the Atlas Copco/ customer specified standards to carry out virtual designing of the machine; Modify drawings based on feedback received from Team leader and Client; Visit shop floor and resolve technical queries during prototype production; Monitor daily hours spent and escalate overruns to the Project Leader in order to deliver the project as per the timelines and quality standards" Status Reporting and Query Resolution: "Provide data to the Project Leader to resolve customers technical queries on assigned work area; Interact with customers for L1 - L3 projects and resolve their queries; Create weekly status reports to be shared internally and externally in order to update stakeholders on project progress." Quality Checks: "Conduct quality checks of self and teams output to achieve adherence to defined quality standards to deliver error free outputs ""FIRST TIME RIGHT"" Project closure: Follow project closure procedure by creating respective document mentioned in project closure list. -Prepare ISO Documentation Additional work: To work on additional work assigned by senior team member as and when required.
