Instrumentation Design engineer having experience (minimum 3+ years) in Basic and Detailed Design Engineering. Candidate should have knowledge on following: Qualification: M.E./ B.E-Instrumentation Good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Document/Deliverable Management. Experience with SPI-INtools is a must. able to do 3D model review and instruct designers plus coordinate with client to raise & resolve issues. Shall have basic knowledge in AutoCAD tool Shall have relevant experience in detailed engineering for Instrumentation and Control discipline for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry. Shall have an excellent knowledge of Standards, Principles, Practices and Procedures related to instrumentation and control engineering. Shall have experience in preparation of Design basis, specification, data sheets and sizing for various instruments including, control valves, PSVs, flowmeters etc. Shall have experience in Preparation of Instrument Index/ Various control system I/O lists. Shall have experience in Preparation of Wiring, Loop Drawings , Instrument location , cable routing drawings etc. Shall have experience in Preparation of Instrument Sizing calculations / Review & comment Vendor Calculations. Inter department co-ordination as required. Preparation of material requisition (Requisition for Quotation). Review of vendor offers, Raise TQs and selection of technically qualified vendor for the given application. Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis. Review of vendor deliverables to ensure their technical compliance. Provide necessary inputs to other disciplines. Preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Offer Evaluation & vendor document review Working with Client/ PMC for resolving the Technical queries, obtaining the necessary technical approvals, etc Adherence to Quality Assurance system, applicable procedures, Design basis, Applicable design guides / Standards / Specifications as applicable Co-ordination with customers and vendors. Monitoring on a daily basis to ensure that planned works have been completed to the customer s reasonable satisfaction. Supporting for Proposal works / Manhours Estimation.

Engage directly with customers to provide 2D/ 3D drawings using various tools including but not limited to AutoCAD and CATIA. Review documentation and details provided by the customer to convert to meaningful audio-visual flow diagrams and architectural drawings set. Estimate labor required to perform drafting work based on the information provided by the customer. Build and maintain a library of blocks and details using AutoCAD/CATIA for internal AV use as well as specific customer requirements. Keep up to date on various audio-visual products in the market and provide feedback and input to team members on roadmap requirements and product direction. Communicate with clients by email and phone and maintain turnaround times and deadlines set by the customers. Collect customer feedback, enhancements, and feature requests and disseminate findings to team leaders in order to continuously improve our product offerings. Participates in team meetings for education and product strategies. Attends tradeshows and marketing events as needed.
