Good at GD & T • Must have experience on software like Catia-V5/Uni graphics/solid Edge (3D & 2D Drafting) & AutoCad • Strong tool design (Dies) knowledge able to design independent • Cutting & non-cutting tools (Dies) using software like Catia-V5. Uni graphics or solid Edge • Able to do drafting & detailing on Auto-cad software & release drawings to tool-room for manufacturing • Knowledge of dies material (std & bought out items), dies standard items & their MAKE (MISUMI, FIBRO, PUNCH INDIA etc) • Experience of tool tryout would be an advantage • Tool refurbishment experience, ECN implementation by modifying tools • Knowledge of Heat treatment processes, Die block coating (PVD)

Instrumentation Design engineer having experience (minimum 3+ years) in Basic and Detailed Design Engineering. Candidate should have knowledge on following: Qualification: M.E./ B.E-Instrumentation Good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Document/Deliverable Management. Experience with SPI-INtools is a must. able to do 3D model review and instruct designers plus coordinate with client to raise & resolve issues. Shall have basic knowledge in AutoCAD tool Shall have relevant experience in detailed engineering for Instrumentation and Control discipline for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry. Shall have an excellent knowledge of Standards, Principles, Practices and Procedures related to instrumentation and control engineering. Shall have experience in preparation of Design basis, specification, data sheets and sizing for various instruments including, control valves, PSVs, flowmeters etc. Shall have experience in Preparation of Instrument Index/ Various control system I/O lists. Shall have experience in Preparation of Wiring, Loop Drawings , Instrument location , cable routing drawings etc. Shall have experience in Preparation of Instrument Sizing calculations / Review & comment Vendor Calculations. Inter department co-ordination as required. Preparation of material requisition (Requisition for Quotation). Review of vendor offers, Raise TQs and selection of technically qualified vendor for the given application. Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis. Review of vendor deliverables to ensure their technical compliance. Provide necessary inputs to other disciplines. Preparation of Material Requisition, Technical Offer Evaluation & vendor document review Working with Client/ PMC for resolving the Technical queries, obtaining the necessary technical approvals, etc Adherence to Quality Assurance system, applicable procedures, Design basis, Applicable design guides / Standards / Specifications as applicable Co-ordination with customers and vendors. Monitoring on a daily basis to ensure that planned works have been completed to the customer s reasonable satisfaction. Supporting for Proposal works / Manhours Estimation.
