Nature of job: - Field job

Education qualification: - iti/diploma/b.tech (in mechanical/electrical field)

Experience – 1-3 years in similar field (technical or industrial sales, preferably in the machine tool, laser cutting bending machines or capital equipment industries.

Job Responsibilities(not limited to): -

Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies for new and existing customers, create action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients(existing/new), including OEMs and end-users, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide expert technical advice to prospective and existing clients on products.
Stay updated on market trends, industry advancements, and competitor activities.
Provide ongoing technical support to ensure the successful implementation and use of equipment in co-ordination with service team.
Maintain sales forecasts, update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and handle other sales-related documentation.

Technical skills required: -

Strong understanding of metal cutting machines (CNC/VMC/HMC), grinding machines, laser bending/cutting machines, metrology products, industrial automation.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering software is often beneficial
Basic understanding of CNC programming (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens etc.)
Proficiency with CRM software/tools used for efficient working.
