We are seeking a dynamic and technically driven Sales And Service Engineer to manage the complete customer lifecycle. The role involves technical sales, business development, equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  
  

Service & Technical Support

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, configuration, and calibration of equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment faults and breakdowns.
• Train customers on equipment usage, safety procedures, and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues and share customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales and field service.
• Good understanding of mechanical products, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Working knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within the assigned territory.
