CATIA Trims Designer – Automotive

Job Description

 We are looking for CATIA Trims Designers with 2–3 years of experience in automotive design. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing automotive trim components using CATIA V5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D models of automotive trim components using CATIA V5.
• Work on plastic and interior/exterior trim components.
• Perform part design, assembly design and design modifications.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings and GD&T.
• Ensure designs meet DFM/DFA and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with tooling, manufacturing, CAE and other engineering teams.
• Implement engineering and customer design changes.
• Support prototype and production-related design activities.
• Follow project standards, specifications and quality requirements.
