Role Description

• We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in mechanical machine design and mechanical automation systems.
• This is an on-site, full-time role responsible for managing mechanical engineering projects, designing innovative machinery, and leading a team of 7–10 mechanical design engineers. The role involves CAD-based design, mechanical automation systems, research and development, and end-to-end project management to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 7–10 mechanical design engineers.
Design and develop mechanical machines and automation solutions for the agricultural sector.
Design and develop conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and related mechanical automation equipment.
Create detailed mechanical designs using CAD software.
Manage end-to-end mechanical engineering projects.
Conduct R&D to develop innovative farm mechanization solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong experience in mechanical automation systems.
Hands-on experience with conveyors, pneumatics and related automation equipment.
Strong expertise in mechanical machine design and product development.
Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
