Job Description
Lochan & Co. is urgently hiring an MEP Engineer for Design & Construction Support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP design coordination, technical drawing reviews, BOQ preparation, and construction-site execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate MEP design activities, technical drawing reviews, and project planning.
• Review MEP drawings, SLDs, BOQs, technical specifications, and design calculations.
• Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Support MEP design development and resolve technical issues.
• Supervise construction-site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimates, material requirements, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and MEP execution progress.
