Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily production activities, monitor production performance, machine utilization, quality, and inventory. Improve OEE, reduce downtime and waste, implement 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and FMEA, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous process improvements.Experience & Qualification
Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.2–5 years of experience in Production Engineering or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of production planning, OEE, FMEA, SPC, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
