Production Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for Production Engineer, Diploma Mechanical Candidates with 3 to 5 years experience in Heavy Fabrication Industries.   Production Engineer Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment Manufacturing/Fabrication Processes.
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner as per customer requirements.
• Analyze all root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve the same and implement all new process tools according to the required order.
• Coordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain the quality of all work processes in systems.
• Design various ideas for all ladders and gantries and prepare detailed drawings for all fabrication processes.
• Plan all materials for new products and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and administer product orders and ensure compliance with all timeframes for all fabricated products.
• Maintain quality for all fabrication from conceptualization to implementation and perform the inspection for all painting and blasting.
• Provide support to all total productive maintenance programs and design all fabrication processes and appropriate schedules.
• Assist the Production Manager and prepare reports on a regular basis after final inspections.
• Manpower Handling, Shift Planning. Work allocation of teams.
