Job Description

We are looking for a Production Engineer. Education: DME/BE/DEE/Production Engineering Experience: 3 to 4 Years (Manufacturing Industry) Skills: Should be familiar with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall operations on the shop floor.
Verify operating procedures are followed by operations.
Ensure Proper record keeping and storage of production records.
Reporting of production - Production, Defects & Wastage
Able to do root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.
Able to identify the spare requirement for the process.
Production planning and staffing of processes to optimize manpower utilization.
Able to maintain material consumption records.
Material requisition for the products from stores.
Maintain product equipment history. Support improvement projects and any other company initiative.
To enhance process capability and reduce rejection.
Shift handling, Manpower handling, and duty reporting.
Troubleshooting.
