Job Description

Knowledge in application support
Skills in troubleshooting, triaging issues, and ability to clearly document
problems and solutions
Good debugging skills across the application layer (Frontend, Backend, and Database).
Shall be able to isolate and break the call to narrow down the issue
Knowledge of monitoring tools
Good to have knowledge of any debugging tool
Knowledge in Python development, Postgres SQL and API testing tools like Postman
Good to have knowledge in React JS framework and API design
Good to have understanding of GCP managed Kubernetes and Containers like Cloud Run
Knowledge in GCP platform services like Big Query, Infrastructure and
deployment model
Knowledge in observability using Prometheus Grafana
Knowledge in APM and log management using ELK stack
Knowledge in using a support incident management tool
Knowledge in using a development/bug tracking tool, preferably JIRA
Good Knowledge in Linux server operating system and Mac Desktop development
Knowledge of KPIs for productivity (for example, resolution of
product-related support tickets)
Knowledge of KPI for code quality standards
Undertaking regular Root Cause Analysis, and problem-solving
Good to have knowledge of any cloud technology
Willingness to work in US/rotational shifts
