Job Description

Provide L1 production support for managed services, ensuring the stability and availability of systems and applications.
Respond to incidents and service requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Document support activities, solutions, and procedures.
Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule.
