Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Support production and maintenance activities for aircraft manufacturing/maintenance operations.
- Monitor production processes, ensure quality standards, and maintain timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Perform stress analysis and engineering assessments of mechanical components using CAE tools like ANSYS APDL/Workbench, HyperMesh, and OptiStruct.
- Develop and analyze 2D/3D finite element models for mechanical components and assemblies.
- Conduct static, dynamic, fatigue, strength, durability, and damage tolerance analysis.
- Support design improvements, engineering validation, and product development activities.
- Prepare technical reports, analysis documentation, and provide engineering inputs to cross-functional teams.
Experience & Qualification
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace/Automobile Engineering.
- 2–10 years of experience in Stress Analysis, CAE, FEA, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of ANSYS APDL/Workbench, HyperMesh, OptiStruct, FEA theory, solid mechanics, machine design, and fatigue analysis.
