Job Description

Mould Design & Development in Plastics with sound technical knowledge of GD&T.
Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components.
Very strong in UG-NX CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.
Good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA.
Plan and schedule designing of each mold on receiving Work Order and assign to each designer giving target dates for design release.
Ensure that designers prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), HRS Design, Design of Inserts, in- house parts, Mold Base as per schedule.
Finalize Details on Layout, Concept, Size, Material, Cooling System, Ejection system, hot runner system etc.
Should have the good communication skills, team player and interaction with existing and new customers.
