Key Responsibilities:Lead electrical, mechanical, utilities and facility maintenance operations.Drive preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.Ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.Manage critical utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, boilers, DG, electrical and water systems.Handle maintenance of nutraceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.Lead CAPEX, equipment installation, commissioning and plant expansion projects.Manage engineering teams, contractors and vendors.Ensure EHS, GMP, quality and statutory compliance.Ideal Candidate:An experienced engineering leader with a strong background in nutraceuticals, food, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or similar manufacturing industries, specializing in plant maintenance, utilities and project execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs and solutions using advanced engineering software. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality. Conduct design reviews and present solutions to stakeholders. Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs. Maintain documentation and adhere to project timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of 3D modeling techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical design engineering.
