Knowledge & hand on experience on CMM, Ferro & Portable Romer. Quick decision on any deviation. Instruments Calibration(Hand held experience Profile Projector and Single Axis Measuring Machine (Trimos, Mitutoyo), Calibration all types of thread gauges & plain Gauges, Calculation of Thread plug gauge & Thread ring gauge. Aware about various Measuring instruments uses& Its calibration He has been worked as QC Inspector He know about ISO, 9001-2015 Standard. Verification of part setup First piece approval, In process Inspection in CNC Machine Shop, VMC Machine Shop, Cylindrical Grinding Shop, Thread Rolling Machine Shop and Induction Hardening Shop. Knowledge of various processes CNC machining, Sheet Metal all process, Laser, Plasma, various heat treatment process, Fabrication, Paint shop, All surface treatment processes.. To attain Customer complaints. Maintaining customer complaints Register, Root cause analysis, Sumit 8D report to customer. Maintaining internal rejection data analysis,
