1. Knowledge of GD&T 2. Knowledge of tool construction of various types of press tools 3. Solid modelling and assembly design in CAD software (Catia, PRO-E, Solid works) 4. Knowledge about various materials used in press tools 5. Knowledge about various manufacturing processes 1. Design of press tools (Auto/ Non-Auto) 2. Productivity target based on on-time and first time correct parameters 3. Quality of output 4. Process Compliance to various processes of the Design Function 5. Active participation in Kaizen / TPM / BE
