Role & Responsibilities

Design and develop press tools using CATIA and UG NX.
Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and process plans.
Perform FEA/FEM, force analysis, and forming simulations.
Select materials, define GD&T, tolerances, fits, and heat treatment requirements.
Support CNC machining, CAM programming, and manufacturing processes.
Ensure tooling quality, manufacturability, and productivity improvements.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Experience & Qualification

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
1–6 years of experience in Press Tool Design or Tool & Die Engineering.
Proficiency in CATIA, UG NX, CAD/CAM, and engineering drawing interpretation.
Knowledge of press tool design, sheet metal, FEA/FEM, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with CNC machining, CAM programming, material selection, and forming simulation software.
