Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist QMD Head (Site) in preparing Method Statements for various site activities and share approved documents with project team members.
• Coordinate with execution teams and other departments as per defined daily, weekly, and monthly execution plans.
• Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring and testing equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities related to materials, construction activities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate timely closure and disposal of non-conformities.
• Support periodic quality reviews with Project Manager and QMD In-charge through analysis of quality parameters.
• Assist in conducting ISO and customer audits at project sites.
• Perform receipt inspection of materials, equipment, and project items received at site.
• Support resolution of quality issues raised by clients, authorities, and internal project teams.
• Prepare MIS reports, analyze quality data, identify improvement areas, and coordinate with section heads for corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) as per approved procedures.
• Provide work clearance after completion of pre-checks and post-checks to ensure quality compliance.

Experience & Qualification

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Quality Engineering/QC in construction projects.
• Experience in High Rise Residential Building Projects with Mivan construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of Method Statements, ITP, ISO audits, material inspection, calibration, NCR handling, root cause analysis, and quality documentation.
