Job Description

We are looking for an expert who will bring expertise in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and I&C.
This is an opportunity to interface with our extensive customer base and provide services to industry-leading liquid food packaging Equipment with strong field troubleshooting & customer management skills. In this role you will be an individual contributor, working under general supervision, & reporting to a Service Delivery Manager - Customer service operations. In this role you will be working in partnership with many key stakeholders, You will need to possess a high level of collaboration, engagement, and leadership skills. We believe you have a logical approach and are methodical in your commitment to troubleshooting system problems.

We believe you have

Develop technically Basic Engineering Approach, Maintenance/Service, Troubleshooting, and installation/Commissioning with Mechatronics (Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, Automation) approach.
Deliver customer training/Coaching Peers or junior colleagues.
Participate in an understanding of Automation Software.
Daily Communication and site status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
Good closure and alignment with customers by securing MOM post-completion of every activity.
