Design Engineer - Delhi

Job Description

• Engage directly with customers to provide 2D/REVIT drawings using various tools including but not limited to AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Review documentation and details provided by the customer to convert to meaningful
• audio-visual flow diagrams and architectural drawings set.
• Estimate labor required to perform drafting work based on the information provided by the customer.
• Build and maintain a library of blocks and details using AutoCAD/REVIT for internal AV use as well as specific customer requirements.
• Keep up to date on various audio visual products in the market and provide feedback and input to team members on roadmap requirements and product direction.
• Communicate with clients by email and phone and maintain turnaround times and deadlines set by the customers.
• Collect customer feedback, enhancements and feature requests and disseminate findings to team leaders in order to continuously improve our product offerings.
• Participates in team meetings for education and product strategies.
• Attends tradeshows and marketing events as needed.

• Pleasing personality with a strong ambition to have fun while working is a must.
• If you can be productive while having fun, well, that will be an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred but not required
