Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall operations in spinning and bundling.
Verify operating procedures are followed by operations.
Ensure proper records keeping and storage of production records.
Maintain and implement preventive maintenance plan for the process.
Comply with safety policies and practices of the company.
Reporting of production Production, Defects & Wastage.
Able to do root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.
Able to identify the spares requirement for the process.
Production planning and staffing of processes to optimize manpower utilization.
Able to maintain material consumption records.
Material requisition for the job from stores.
Ensure minimum quantities at process area for given job order.
Ensure that the in process testing is carried out as per control plans.
Ensure the production plan is communicated in advance to the process along with ensuring required input raw materials.
Maintain production equipment history. Support improvement projects and any other company initiative.
