Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities of CAE Engineer
- Responsible for handling all types Static Structural Analysis, Linear, Non linear, Modal , Harmonic, Fatigue, Durability, Thermal Analysis
- Identify potential critical challenges and failure modes including collaborating with other engineering teams to identify risks.
- Understand the project scope and able to calculate the loads & constraints and perform the FEA
- Make recommendations to the design to improve their functional performance and reliability.
- Work with test engineers to develop/conduct FEA simulations to verify appropriateness of test methods.
- Prepare technical CAE reports of results.
- Excellent understanding of solid mechanics and structural finite element analysis (FEA)
- Hands on Experience with Altair Hyperworks/ Hypermesh, Optistruct / Radioss & Hyperview CAE software
- Ability to differentiate and utilize both system and subsystem analysis techniques to evaluate complex interactions
- Ability to define DOEs and analyzes the influence of design parameters to optimize the product design for a given application
- Similar Off highway industry candidate would be preferable
- Candidate should have good communication skill & Presentation SkillsRole & responsibilities
