Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities of CAE Engineer

Responsible for handling all types Static Structural Analysis, Linear, Non linear, Modal , Harmonic, Fatigue, Durability, Thermal Analysis
Identify potential critical challenges and failure modes including collaborating with other engineering teams to identify risks.
Understand the project scope and able to calculate the loads & constraints and perform the FEA
Make recommendations to the design to improve their functional performance and reliability.
Work with test engineers to develop/conduct FEA simulations to verify appropriateness of test methods.
Prepare technical CAE reports of results.

Candidate Profile Desired Skills :-

Excellent understanding of solid mechanics and structural finite element analysis (FEA)
Hands on Experience with Altair Hyperworks/ Hypermesh, Optistruct / Radioss & Hyperview CAE software
Ability to differentiate and utilize both system and subsystem analysis techniques to evaluate complex interactions
Ability to define DOEs and analyzes the influence of design parameters to optimize the product design for a given application
Similar Off highway industry candidate would be preferable
Candidate should have good communication skill & Presentation SkillsRole & responsibilities
