Role & Responsibilities

Manage proposal engineering, technical documentation, and resource estimation for O&M projects. Prepare technical proposals, manuals, SOPs, and procedures, support vendor evaluation, provide training, monitor O&M performance, conduct audits, and drive process improvement through automation and digitalization.

Experience & Qualification

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in Proposal Engineering, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), or Plant Engineering.
Knowledge of O&M processes, technical documentation, resource estimation, vendor management, performance monitoring, and automation initiatives.
