Job Description
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments, fixtures, and inspection equipment.
- Conduct CMM inspections, process audits, and manufacturing process validations.
- Prepare QAP, control plans, inspection check-sheets, and quality documents.
- Perform MSA, SPC, deviation analysis, and corrective actions.
- Validate jigs, fixtures, welding equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Manage quality issues, rejection analysis, ECN implementation, and improvements.
- Drive Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S, safety, and process digitization initiatives.
