Job Description

Design of Fuel tanks/Fuel system/LNG/Fuel Cells/Fenders
Fairings/Tail Lamp and mounting brackets
Design of casting anchorages and Sheet metal components
Design of Complex Sheet metal parts & brackets
Work closely with supplier for development components
Engineering documentation of drawings and specifications
Documentation of solutions

Education, Skills and Experience:

B.E Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with Relevant experience (3 to 10 Years)
Hands on work experience in similar automotive domain preferred
Experience in heavy commercial vehicle industry will be an added advantage
Good knowledge of application of GD&T

The key personal skills for this role are:

Good knowledge on design of sheet metal brackets and casting component design.
Design and installation of Fuel Tanks and Systems.
Extensive hands on experience in ProE (wf4.0 & above) / Creo and PDM software s is mandatory
Exposure to vehicle packaging and DMU mock up Creo View is required
Design and installation of different mechanical components on chassis
Familiar to different types of truck/automotive aggregates preferred
Strong in engineering fundamentals and its applications
Good networking and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
Good team player and contributor in Cross Functional Teams
