Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manual and automated production machines, ensure safety compliance, manage manpower and production activities, monitor quality and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, maintain production records, ensure on-time delivery, and support employee training and shop floor management.Experience & Qualification
Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.1–5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of machine operations, production planning, quality control, root cause analysis, safety practices, and team management.
