Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the following and experience on the Equipment of the Assembly shop is Required
New equipment Concept, Plan& Spec sheet make
Study the Equipment problem and take countermeasure
Equipment drawing, Design check& Validation
Inspection, Installation & Punch point countermeasure

Preferred candidate profile

Process planning of new models and minor modifications in existing models
Preparation of equipment specifications and jig planning sheets.
Able to understand and check and validate the Control, Automation design and drawing check
Hands on experience to check 3D modelling
Preparation for Production prototype trials, Mass production trials and pilot events
Equipment performance monitoring and implementation of countermeasures for design related problems.
