Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
Design and develop induction motors, optimize motor performance, prepare design calculations and technical documentation, support prototyping, testing, and manufacturing, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and product quality. Experience & Qualification
Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2–9 years of experience in induction motor or electric motor design.
Knowledge of motor design principles, CAD tools, electromagnetic concepts, manufacturing processes, and product development.
