Urgent Requirement of Sr. Executive - Quality (Skin Panel / Outer Panel - Quality) - Skills and capabilities required to execute the role :
1. Analytical Analysis and Problem Solving
2. Planning and Implementation
3. Customer Complaint Handling
4. Good communication skill
5. Knowledge of QMS
6. Good Manufacturing Process Knowledge (Sheet Metal)
7. Knowledge of GD & T.
8. Knowledge of CF Manufacturing Panel Inspection: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of skin panels to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, documenting any defects or deviations from quality standards. Testing: Perform various tests and measurements on panels, including hardness, thickness, and coating adhesion tests. Defect Identification: Identify and categorize defects or imperfections in panels, communicating findings to the production team for corrective action. Quality Standards: Stay updated on industry quality standards and company-specific guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times. Calibration: Ensure that inspection equipment is calibrated regularly and properly maintained. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the quality control team to identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancement. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, including production staff and quality control manager, regarding quality issues and improvements.
