Lumax Alps Alpine is seeking motivated and technically oriented candidates for the position of OET – Maintenance at its manufacturing facility in IMT Manesar, Haryana.This opportunity is suitable for fresh diploma holders and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are interested in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and manufacturing operations.The selected candidates will support maintenance activities, assist in identifying equipment faults, and help maintain the smooth and safe operation of production machinery.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.Support the maintenance team in identifying and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.Conduct routine inspections of machines and equipment to identify abnormalities.Assist in diagnosing machine breakdowns and implementing corrective actions under the guidance of senior engineers.Monitor machine performance and report unusual noise, vibration, temperature, or other operating issues.Support maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment availability.Follow maintenance schedules and assist with routine servicing and inspection activities.Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and equipment inspection checklists.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment-related issues.Follow industrial safety procedures, workplace standards, and 5S practices.Assist in identifying recurring equipment problems and implementing preventive measures.Ensure proper handling of tools, maintenance equipment, and spare parts.Follow instructions from senior engineers and supervisors to maintain operational efficiency.
