Mechanical Supervisor

Job Description

 Randen Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee daily mechanical maintenance activities, coordinate maintenance teams, and ensure the smooth and safe operation of industrial equipment.
 Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities. 
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor machinery performance and troubleshoot mechanical faults.
• Allocate work to technicians and monitor daily maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate equipment inspections, work orders, and maintenance records.
•  Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and company procedures.
•  Identify recurring equipment failures and support root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to minimize downtime
• Maintain spare parts records and support inventory planning.
• Prepare maintenance reports and provide updates to management

• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical faults and equipment failures.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, safety practices, and work order systems.
•  Good team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
