Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day mould shop operations and maintenance activities.
Maintain and troubleshoot ESP (Electric Screw Press) machines.
Perform maintenance of mixer machines and related manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure smooth functioning of mould shop machinery and equipment.
Monitor machine performance and support continuous improvement.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Follow workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills

Strong experience in mould shop operations and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with Electric Screw Press (ESP) machines.
Knowledge of mixer machine maintenance.
Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Industrial machinery repair and maintenance.
Ability to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
