Role & responsibilities

Troubleshooting in PLC, HMI.
Understanding of electrical drawings/ Understanding of ladder diagram will be preferred
Understanding in PLC, CNC System and controllers.
Knowledge in of servo motors and drives- Electrical and Electronics, DG, Compressor and Utilities
Having experience in Trouble shooting /Diagnosis of electrical/mechanical problems in CNC, VMC and Sliding Head Machines.
System knowledge IATF 16949:2016 Awareness
Communication, Co-Ordination Skill
Critical Spare stock monitoring as required.
Problem Solving Techniques (CAPA) / Break down analysis
Safety & Statutory Rules & Regulation, Industrial & Personal Safety Awareness
Knowledge about Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly Preventive Maintenance.
Basic Knowledge about test equipment like multimeter, level gauge, Merger
Knowledge about functions related to hydraulic & pneumatic system
Knowledge about Abnormal Situations and problem details
Knowledge about test equipment and Checking Methods
Knowledge about Documents & records.
Man Power and shift management & Communication Skills
General knowledge of Machine Alignment
