Job Description

Hands on - Breakdown Maintenance of machines (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic)
Hands on - Preventive Maintenance - Plan & action
Hands on - Operation & Maintenance of DG sets, Air Compressor, WTP plant, ext.
Machine installation / shifting activities.
Maintain Spares MSL & manage inventory
Kaizen, Improvement activities.

Required qualifications, skills, and experiences:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 7 years of experience.
Day to day breakdown maintenance: Should conversant in Mechanical-Hydraulic-Pneumatic system; experience in CNC Shearing & Bending machines, Oven, Cranes, gear boxes, machines-motors-pumps assembly, hydraulic fault-finding ext.
Planning & execution of Preventive maintenance of production machines & utilities, maintain Spares MSL.
Conversant in machine shifting, new machine installation (planning & execution) & layout preparation.
Should versatile in operation & maintenance of DG set, Screw compressor & water treatment plants.
Working of IMS documents will be added advantage.
Strong team player & able to handle the team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
