Roles and Responsibilities:

• To implement plans and initiatives relating to the Brand and Activations
• Translate brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy
• Organize and execute On ground campaigns
• Forging alliances with Publication houses, TV channels, OOH partners, Local Influencers, Malls & Colleges for campaign amplification & execution
• Vendor management
• To liaise with internal and external teams including Programming, design, PR, sales, digital teams etc.
• Adhere to our marketing strategy and content plan set out by stakeholders
• Report on campaign performance to senior managers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop creative materials, templates & collaterals with the designer
• Design Marketing decks for regional & National Marketing properties
• Monitor market trends, research competitors' activities in the space of audio
• Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms

Key Requirements:

• Hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Good PPT & Excel skills
• Prior experience within Brand Management & Activations. Min. 3-4 years
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written & are a creative thinker
• You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing
• Healthy PR skills with media houses like Print, TV etc will be an added advantage

• Engage directly with customers to provide 2D/ 3D drawings using various tools including but not limited to AutoCAD and CATIA.
• Review documentation and details provided by the customer to convert to meaningful
• audio-visual flow diagrams and architectural drawings set.
• Estimate labor required to perform drafting work based on the information provided by the customer.
• Build and maintain a library of blocks and details using AutoCAD/CATIA for internal AV use as well as specific customer requirements.
• Keep up to date on various audio-visual products in the market and provide feedback and input to team members on roadmap requirements and product direction.
• Communicate with clients by email and phone and maintain turnaround times and deadlines set by the customers.
• Collect customer feedback, enhancements, and feature requests and disseminate findings to team leaders in order to continuously improve our product offerings.
• Participates in team meetings for education and product strategies.
• Attends tradeshows and marketing events as needed.
