Job Description
- End to End Execution on site.
- Brochures, Way Boards, Hoardings, Site Branding.
- Sales Office, Entry & Exit ways, Customer Experience at Site, Booking Form, Walking Forms, Sales Support Collaterals.
- CRE Matrix and its corelation with sales to identify location to target in micro-market
- Organising CP Meets at Site.
- Providing support to sales and channel sales team for events and execution.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships.
- Tracking of Marketing Budget.
- Ideating to do more customer connects to focus on Referrals.
- Identifying and tying up with partners.
- Regular monitoring of Sales Office / Site Branding to maintain branding hygiene at the site.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Developer Accounts Team for smooth & timely payments
