Job Description

We are looking for an astute procurement planner to oversee procurement planning for multiple projects at a time. Must have experience in the project industry. Major Roles Responsibilities:

Manage close alignment between Procurement lead and buyers for optimal sourcing execution. Maintaining procurement database (ordering delivery of items)for multiple projects.
Drafting, controlling, and monitoring of Ordering schedule for Multiple projects in consultation with buyer project Managers and identifying the critical path.
Drafting, controlling, and monitoring delivery schedules for Multiple projects in consultation with buyer project Managers and identifying the critical path.
Regular interaction with all concerned teams, capturing the recording of critical issues and events. Presentation of critical issues to the Procurement Head for analysis and finalization of action path responsibility. Monitoring and implementation of required actions for critical issues.
Close monitoring of actual project progress(for multiple projects), and assessment of the status of deliverables. Circulations of deviations for corrective measures along with information to the Procurement head.
Assist to identify timelines, interfaces, and inter dependability of activities based on the mode of execution to ensure timely deliverables.
Consultation with concerned teams to determine the alternate course of action for recovery of slipped schedules and modification of schedule accordingly.
Early engagement with concerned teams and identification of project deliverables by the project timetable.
Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera.
Good Presentation and communication skills.
