Role & ResponsibilitiesSupervise heavy fabrication and manufacturing activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production as per customer requirements. Coordinate with production teams, resolve fabrication issues through root cause analysis, prepare fabrication drawings, plan materials and resources, monitor painting, blasting, and inspections, support TPM activities, manage manpower, shift planning, and work allocation, and assist in improving productivity and process efficiency.Experience & Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in Heavy Fabrication or Heavy Equipment Manufacturing. Knowledge of fabrication processes, production planning, quality control, root cause analysis, TPM, manpower management, and manufacturing operations.

Creation of Engineering drawings and specifications. Documentation of solutions Work closely with suppliers for development components Education, Skills, and Experience: B.E Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with Relevant experience (4-10 Years) Hands-on work experience in similar automotive domains preferred Experience in the commercial vehicle industry will be an added advantage The key personal skills for this role are: Good knowledge on the design of plastic, and sheet metal components along with the manufacturing process The requirement is in the Powertrain installation group in Chassis Engineering. Preferred area of work is Engine peripherals like Air intake, Noise shields, recirculation shields, Engine cooling system, oil fill, and check areas. Extensive hands-on experience Surfacing in Catia software is mandatory Exposure to vehicle packaging and DMU mockup Creation of Engineering drawings and specifications. Familiar with different types of truck/automotive aggregates preferred Strong in engineering fundamentals and their applications Good networking and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication. Good team player and contributor in Cross-Functional Teams.

 

• To Achieve Schedule Production Plan Provided by PPC.
• Maintain and update Production Realated Document Like Daily Production Report , Monthly Production Report, Production Summry, Dieunloading report.
• To Knowledge of the Machine Parameter Setting.
• TO make Material available at the machine as per production Plan in advance.
• Motivation Of Manpower to Achieve Target and Improve Quality.
• Reduce the Rejection With the help of Proper Working Process.
• Maintain Discipline in the Shopfloor by 5S.
• To Prepare Monthly Rework & rejection Data
• Process Inspection as per Inspection Standards .
• Troubleshooting of day to day Problem in Production Line.
• Insure Proper Material Handling , House keeping & Daily M/ c Maintenance.
• Knowledge of melting shop.
• Knowledge of temp measuring instrument & measuring instrument.

We are looking for Production Engineer, Diploma Mechanical Candidates with 3 to 5 years experience in Heavy Fabrication Industries.

 

Production Engineer Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment Manufacturing/Fabrication Processes.
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner as per customer requirements.
• Analyze all root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve the same and implement all new process tools according to the required order.
• Coordinate with technicians and provide support to all teams and maintain the quality of all work processes in systems.
• Design various ideas for all ladders and gantries and prepare detailed drawings for all fabrication processes.
• Plan all materials for new products and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and administer product orders and ensure compliance with all timeframes for all fabricated products.
• Maintain quality for all fabrication from conceptualization to implementation and perform the inspection for all painting and blasting.
• Provide support to all total productive maintenance programs and design all fabrication processes and appropriate schedules.
• Assist the Production Manager and prepare reports on a regular basis after final inspections.
• Manpower Handling, Shift Planning. Work allocation of teams.

Note: Candidates should be ready to relocate Dabaspet location.

Role & Responsibilities

Experience & Qualification

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in Manufacturing or Equipment Engineering.
• Knowledge of equipment installation and process improvement.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

JD: Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for detailed benchmarking, parametric design, DMU analysis, coordination with stakeholders, ensuring technical documentation, and controlling DQA documents for CNG vehicle subsystems. Title: CAD Engineer: Mechanical Location: Bangalore Skills: proficiency in CATIA V5, and expertise in DQA elements such as GD&T, DFMEA, DFMA, DFSS, DFS&R, DVP&R, etc

Working in the Design and Production Department

• Design and development of existing and new products.
• Creating and working on 2D and 3D drawings of mechanical and sheet metal
• assemblies.
• Should have a working knowledge of various technical instruments like Vernier
• lliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, etc.
• Preparing BOMs and BOQs.
• QA and QC as per drawings.
• Ensuring production as per drawings.
• Performance Testing of equipment pre-dispatch.
• Coordinating with Vendors and Suppliers.
