Plan and coordinate daily production activities, monitor production performance, machine utilization, quality, and inventory. Improve OEE, reduce downtime and waste, implement 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and FMEA, ensure safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous process improvements.

Experience & Qualification

Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in Production Engineering or Manufacturing.
Knowledge of production planning, OEE, FMEA, SPC, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

• Your mission is to perform efficiently, deliver the Engineered Solutions projects on time and first time right and effectively add values for long-lasting outcomes, participate in all engineering activities, while enhancing Project realization of our product.
• Design and drawing in the field of compressors manufactured at different locations of Atlas Copco in the world.
• You will manage projects for design and development, collaborate with Team leaders and customers, and present and discuss the proposed designs. Being senior Engineer, you will have to focus on team success.
• Actively seeks for training of the skill that are missing for own development.

Project Execution:

• To understand the structure of the assemblies, you will be interacting with various Engineering Departments of Atlas Copco group companies and will have the communication with the customers at Product company locations.
• You will be able to comprehend assigned jobs with respect to project schedule, work on different CAD packages, and provide a high-quality job in a given period.
• You will be obligated to follow design codes, work instructions, and check lists on the tasks performed and carry out the cad checking.
• It will be your responsibility to further develop and expand the scope of activities while working as a good team member.

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Design application skills, proven experience in mechanical design & drafting.
• Design of Skid packages for compressor and dryer would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Sheet metal, Piping design, heavy fabrication.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor 3D Software and Enovia PLM.
• Knowledge of international standards ASME and CE, API standards would be an added advantage.

Educational and Experience requirements:

• BE /B Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 5+ years experience in the compressor industry or similar products.

We are searching for a reliable, innovative Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing processes at our company. Person will join our growing team of professionals and be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safetycodes are followed, training workers in the responsible use of machinery, identifying problems in the production line, troubleshooting equipment, and completing various administrative tasks.

Major Duties Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
• Monitoring of Production Planning sheet, Machine Monitoring Sheets, coiling machine status, Tool register, PPE requirement, Plating Pressing outsourced work, Stress reliving/ Grinding/ Brightening Stock Inventory, SPC charts, First Off Approval records, Traveler Card, IPQC status, Code of Conduct at work, Quality management System, Employee records other correspondences.

Designation: Production Engineer

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering/polymer engineering/chemical engineering/ Postgraduate in Physics/Chemistry with CIPET Diploma

Experience: 0-2 years in the manufacturing industry (production of polymeric articles; preferably in Medical Devices) and 2-3 years for Diploma-holders

Quality: Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems. Any certification of this effect will be an added advantage.
