Create concepts, detailed manufacturing drawings, assemblies, sheet metal and welded part designs, perform GD&T, tolerance stack-up, interference analysis, and support product development activities. Experience & Qualification Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 3–8 years of experience in Mechanical Design. Proficiency in CATIA (3DEXPERIENCE), 2D/3D modeling, GD&T, sheet metal, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and tolerance analysis.

Monitor production processes, ensure quality standards, and maintain timely delivery of assigned tasks. Perform stress analysis and engineering assessments of mechanical components using CAE tools like ANSYS APDL/Workbench, HyperMesh, and OptiStruct. Develop and analyze 2D/3D finite element models for mechanical components and assemblies. Conduct static, dynamic, fatigue, strength, durability, and damage tolerance analysis. Support design improvements, engineering validation, and product development activities. Prepare technical reports, analysis documentation, and provide engineering inputs to cross-functional teams. Experience & Qualification BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace/Automobile Engineering. 2–10 years of experience in Stress Analysis, CAE, FEA, or Mechanical Engineering.
