Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in CNC programming and operation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent production planning and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in CNC production supervision or a similar role.
