Job Description A Precision Metrology & Inspection Consultant to help us expand our presence in the manufacturing industry. This is a commission-based, non-salaried position focused on identifying potential clients, developing business opportunities, and building relationships with manufacturing organizations.
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of manufacturing and inspection processes, strong industry connections, and the ability to independently generate and convert business leads.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, inspection, or metrology; candidates willing to learn are also welcome.
• Strong network or contacts within the manufacturing and engineering industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with industry professionals and potential clients.
• Ability to identify and generate new business leads independently.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and effectively follow up on potential opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

• Commission-based role with no fixed salary.
• Commission will be paid on successfully converted business generated through the consultant's efforts.
• Commission structure can be discussed during the selection process.
