Job Description

 Lalbaba Engineering is urgently hiring experienced CNC and VMC Operators for its manufacturing facility in Uluberia, Kolkata region. Candidates with ITI qualifications and at least one year of machine operating experience are encouraged to apply.
Vacancies: 7 Positions

• VMC Operator: 4 positions
  
• CNC Operator: 3 positions
  

• Operate CNC or VMC machines according to production requirements.
  
• Set up machines and monitor machining operations.
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic technical specifications.
  
• Use measuring instruments to check component dimensions.
  
• Perform in-process quality inspections and maintain accuracy.
  
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
  
• Maintain workplace safety and follow standard operating procedures.
  
• Keep machines and the work area clean and organized.
  

• Hands-on CNC or VMC machine operating experience.
  
• Knowledge of machining processes and machine setup.
  
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
  
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality checks.
  
• Understanding of manufacturing safety procedures.
