Job Description

 MJ Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Corrugation Plant Head to oversee plant operations, production planning, quality control, maintenance, and dispatch. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the paper packaging industry, particularly in corrugation plant operations and management.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end corrugation plant operations.
  
• Manage production planning, execution, and timely order fulfillment.
  
• Ensure product quality and adherence to customer specifications.
  
• Monitor plant performance, productivity, wastage, and operational costs.
  
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  
• Lead and develop teams to achieve production and business targets.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and control costs.
