Job Description
Kusters Calico Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Fabrication Engineer to manage fabrication, welding and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent team-handling abilities and experience managing shop-floor production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fabrication, welding, and manufacturing operations.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
- Supervise MIG, TIG and SMAW welding processes.
- Handle and coordinate a team of 40+ workers.
- Monitor production targets, product quality, workplace safety and shop-floor activities.
- Coordinate production orders, material availability, routing and confirmations using SAP.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Identify and resolve fabrication and manufacturing issues.
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
- Experience in transformer manufacturing will be an added advantage.
