Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
Monitor job orders and ensure timely completion according to production schedules.
Communicate job status updates regularly to the Sales Team.
Plan material, equipment, processes, and manpower requirements.
Improve inventory management, manufacturing processes, and production control systems.
Conduct PPC meetings and coordinate with other departments.
Identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department for supplier deliveries.
Work with Quality and Dispatch teams to ensure proper documentation and timely dispatch.
Minimize financial losses, including Liquidated Damages (LD).
Prepare production delay analysis reports.
