Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations and achieve production targets.
Monitor the complete gypsum board manufacturing process, including slurry preparation, board forming, drying, and cutting.
Ensure product quality, thickness, weight, strength, and surface finish.
Monitor raw material consumption and minimize material wastage.
Optimize production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
Monitor dryer performance, temperature, and board moisture levels.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and daily production reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping, and 5S practices.

Required Skills

Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing equipment.
Understanding of slurry preparation, foaming systems, setting, drying, and cutting.
Strong problem-solving and production management skills.
Ability to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Manpower management and shift coordination.
Knowledge of workplace safety and 5S practices.
Hands-on experience in gypsum board manufacturing will be preferred.
