Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Maintain production quality and minimize rejection/rework.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC teams.
- Identify and resolve production and process-related issues.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Follow SOPs, safety standards, 5S and Kaizen practices.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
