Production Manager – Mechanical Manufacturing | 10–12 Years Experience

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with 10–12 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing and production operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, manpower utilization and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and control daily production activities.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Manage manpower, machines, materials and production schedules.
• Monitor production efficiency, rejection, downtime and productivity.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Design, Purchase and Stores departments.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce manufacturing cost, rejection and machine downtime.
• Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools and manpower.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, MIS and performance data.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Lead and mentor production supervisors and operators.
